		<description>I tried just that with a 6 week kit I had forgotten in the basement for a couple of years. I got some new yeast and gave it a shot, but unfortunately it was not drinkable. As someone explained to me, &quot;you can let you wine age, but grape juice does not age well&quot;.</description>
